Lynden Door is looking for an individual who desires to work in a welcoming team environment, and thrives in working with their hands to join our Assembly team. Experience is helpful, but does not limit candidates from being considered for this role. DAY SHIFT: 7:00AM-3:45PM plus overtime as needed
Position: Assembly Team Member
Responsibilities: Operate machinery such as table saws, chop saws, and glue clamps with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets. Prioritize safety by adhering to company safety standards at all times. Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the assembly process. Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: Basic math skills, including the ability to work with 1/32" measurements. Proficiency in reading and following instructions to effectively manage workflow. Quick learner with the ability to identify common door components and sizes. Motivated problem solver who excels in a fast-paced team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work culture.
