Obtain parts from point of use or warehouse. Assemble seats/frames/cushions using proper equipment according to specs. Material labeling/stenciling - Appropriately mark and label all pieces as required. Record production notes - complete any necessary production paperwork. Material Loading/Packaging - Package finished products in boxes, racks, or stack finished products on a flat/pallet as necessary. Daily cleanliness task of area and tools Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area using five 'S' principles. Maintain clean and neat work area. Practice proper safety techniques. Carry out prescribed preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules. Follow all procedures and guidelines. Must be able to meet required production times by end of 90 days. Assistance with physical inventory inspection and measurement as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Position requires standing long period of time (8-10hrs) per shift, 4-5 days per week. Position requires regular stretching and reaching.
