Here's what you'd do: Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Entry-level support individual contributor. Work is closely supervised. Work consists of routine tasks. Explains facts and practices related to the job area. Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is needed. Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $21.50 / hr.
