l Weekly pay What a typical day as a Assembler might look like: Responsibilities:
l Following all safety requirements, cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality requirements
l Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures and standard works
l Assembling product using specific written instructions(WI) , blueprints and drawings
l Record correct and accurate documentation in Production Control Documents
l Perform inspection of in-process and finished product
l Process Management by simplifying complex processes; getting more out of fewer resources; understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow
l In charge of lines
l Focuses on outgoing improvement of documentation inside of the cleanroom
l Ensuring all work instructions and procedures are followed
l Build and develop a workforce that adheres to all procedures and Work Instruction Documents
l Improve the production processes by using the tool's outline in PPI (Practical Process Improvement)
l Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities
l Assist in training function of co-workers and mentoring
l Daily Schedule adherence This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Qualifications:
l High School Diploma or equivalent required
l years production experience (preferred)
l 1 year experience leading a team in a professional work environment
l Lean Manufacturing experience
l Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
l Good verbal/written communication
l Ability to follow sophisticated procedures
l Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
l Ability to work in a team environment
l Advanced communication & problem-solving skills
l Ability to identify waste and improve processes
l Ability to challenge the status quo
l Time management
l Ability to delegate & influence
