Asphalt/Paving Superintendent

A highly reputable Construction Company is actively pursuing a Asphalt/Paving Superintendent The candidate should have diverse heavy civil construction experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
Bid Projects, RFI's, scheduling, Change Orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience. Project types could include earthwork, asphalt and paving, grading, and excavation.
Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
Familiarity with safety regulations.
