Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Materials and Laboratory Services Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling asphalt products to a wide range of customers, including construction companies, municipalities, and other potential clients. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong knowledge of asphalt products and laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote and sell asphalt products. Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Provide technical information and support to customers as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis. Attend industry events and conferences to promote asphalt products and services. Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values. Monitor customer job progress and accuracy of product and services billing. Perform credit collection on past due accounts for assigned customers. Establish working relationships with employees that have initial contact with customers. Work closely with managers to determine customer requirements, coordinate the availability of products, and evaluate costs and pricing. Maintain an insurable driving record. Always ensure a safe and healthful work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technical sales, marketing, construction management or equivalent experience. Five years of progressive estimating and project management experience for road construction technical services. Ability to analyze financial information and foresee and resolve project conflicts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of asphalt products laboratory services and applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
