We are searching for a dynamic Banking Associate to join our team. Position Overview Responsible for the direct support of the regional front offices with client service support. Provides pro-active ad hoc support as needs arise. Provides on-going daily support for standard service maintenance functions. Acts as a project manager for client transition and service issues that may require activities and follow-up over multiple days/weeks. Maintains effective working relationships with Ascent regional and national team members, key functional contacts in extended support organizations, and other support team members. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience One to three years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience Track record of working independently and collaboratively while tasked with excellent service and issue resolution. Effectively work with others as part of a high performing team. Thrive under pressure in a fluctuating environment. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, client service, and communication skills. Ability to influence others through consultative approach to support objectives. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,815.00 - $73,900.00 - $81,290.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
