AI Specialist for Workflow Improvement

Specifically, Quire is looking for a talented person who wants to explore the use of AI to create marketing content, gather data on audiences, and optimize creative workflows.
We are currently seeking an AI Specialist to spearhead this initiative. This strategic role involves a deep collaboration with our executive team to identify and execute AI-driven projects that support business growth, optimize performance, and drive innovation across all levels of our organization including content creation.
The ideal candidate will be naturally tech-savvy and self-motivated, continuously seeking to expand their knowledge of new AI developments and applications in the business context.
We will pay above-market compensation to an individual who maintains the highest standards, has consummate professional expertise, and has mastered the use of AI technologies to maximize efficiency.

If you are more experienced or efficient than average, Quire will pay a material premium to market rates.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher in these fields is highly desirable.

Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing AI solutions, preferably in a corporate setting.

Technical Expertise:
Understanding of practical applications of AI for the creation of marketing and social content, as well as working knowledge of AI programming, machine learning algorithms, and neural networks.

Analytical Proficiency:
Exceptional skills in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies. Ability to build simple data structures in PowerBI or similar software.

Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and strategic decision-making.
·
Adaptability and Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to technological changes and lead projects that involve cross-functional teams.
