Position Overview: The Art Director leads the creative team in producing high-quality digital and print solutions for CrossCountry Mortgage and the Loan Officers. The Art Director plays a crucial role in promoting the CCM brand and delivering visually compelling materials.
Job Responsibilities: Lead design projects from conception to delivery. Create original pieces including illustrations and infographics. Develop creative concepts and strategies to advertise the company brand, as well as loan products and programs. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines; ensuring all visual content meets standards of quality and creativity. Remain up to date with industry developments and tools. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role, with at least 2 years in an art director or senior designer position. Experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Portfolio of completed design projects is preferred. Experience in the real estate/mortgage/finance industry, a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, a plus. Experience with Figma, a plus. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Advanced aesthetic and design skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts. Advanced attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills. Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
