Responsibilities
• Creating a positive experience and culture for employees• Hiring, training, developing, managing, and evaluating a crew of employees• Providing incredible customer service and training store personnel• Creating efficient operations, happy guests, and profit• Ensuring completion of duties by Multi-Unit and Store Managers• Ensuring all stores meet standards for costs, performance, and labor laws• Ensuring sanitary standards in prep areas, equipment, and utensils• Developing sales-building and local store marketing plans• Upholding commitment to operational, health, and reconciliation procedures• Leading the opening of new stores
Requirements
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR• Multi-unit experience• ServSafe certification required• Strong communication and customer service skills• Adequate computer skills• Analytical skills in store financials• Ability to meet deadlines• Valid driver's license for travel• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
