• Open and close the store• Supervise associates• Maintain a friendly and easy to shop environment• Ensure proper merchandise presentation• Maintain a clean work area• Execute and supervise company operational processes• Maintain safe and secure shopping environment• Provide excellent customer service• Maintain store cleanliness and organization• Manage loss prevention
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications• Ability to work evenings and weekends• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations• Ability to use store equipment and perform physical tasks• Ability to lift more than 25 lbs• Ability to push, pull, and lift more than 20 lbs for stockroom shifts
