The Clean Team is a 20+ year old commercial janitorial company that serves clients in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and western NY. We are searching for an Area Manager to be responsible for the daily operations in the assigned area. You'll be tasked with training and leading a team of supervisors and cleaning associates, ensuring the team provides excellent quality services, identity key areas for improvement, and to lead by example....develop a successful team! In addition, you'll be responsible for controlling labor and supply costs, deliver product and to ensure all accounts our sufficiently stocked along with successfully managing time by effectively prioritizing tasks and agenda.
Qualifications Successful track-record of training, developing and managing of a team - preferably within the cleaning industry Excellent communication skills that ensure successful team & client development Experienced at strategic planning to meet project & task deadlines A results-oriented mindset, focused on successful "results", able to make quality decisions and provide solutions.
