Responsibilities
• Coordinate sales efforts and maximize revenue• Develop and manage the budget and marketing plans• Conduct sales trips and visits, negotiate contracts• Train staff on sales opportunities• Manage Human Resources• Maintain strong visibility in the local community• Attend meetings and travel as required
Requirements
• 4 years of hotel sales experience preferred• Director of Sales experience in airport market preferred• Valid driver's license• Strong communication and analytical skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Ability to work independently and multitask• Experience in sales/marketing/hospitality profession• Ability to work well under pressure• Ability to understand financial information• Experience managing diverse teams• Knowledge of hotel operations
