Responsibilities
• Lead and develop sales talent to achieve sales goals• Establish and execute multi-hotel department budget and marketing plan• Implement successful ecommerce and internet marketing strategies• Promote the brand and increase profits of multiple properties• Ensure department reaches revenue, occupancy, and ADR goals• Adjust sales plan based on market trends and pursue desired business• Stay informed about competition and utilize effective sales techniques• Prospect for new business through various methods• Collaborate with revenue management and develop strong customer relations• Maximize citywide revenue and self-contained business through partnerships
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education• 4+ years of hotel sales management experience• 5-7 years of sales management experience• Knowledge of advanced sales techniques, business analysis, and yield management• Strong leadership, communication, and development skills• Effective business writing and time management skills• Proficiency in planning and implementing budgets and digital media campaigns
