We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Outside Sales team. AVA is an entertainment and utility provider that manages relationships with apartment communities and works as an exclusive concierge for new and existing residents to establish services.

The goal of the Area Account Manager or Sales, Orders, and Referral Manager (SOR) , as we call it, is to manage and expand the property footprint within a designated territory. You'll accomplish this by building relationships with local leasing agents and property managers while selling our services' benefits to their tenants.
Responsibilities will include: Visit properties within your assigned territory and form strong relationships. Schedule and host sales events and coordinate with other sales channels to drive growth. Working autonomously with little day-to-day supervision. Meet and exceed specific lead and sales targets. Requirements Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
