A Leading Global Design Firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our esteemed team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing our Cultural and Performing Arts projects, while also supporting various project types within our New York City Studio, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Justice & Civic, and K-12.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design excellence. You will lead and mentor a team of architectural, engineering, and design professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project work plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including administrative and technical tasks.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Manage client relationships, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and present project proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
- Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards.
Qualifications:
- Professional architecture license in New York State.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 6-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and other design software.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- Experience in the Cultural and Performing Arts sector is preferred.
