Job Description: As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of custom luxury homes from concept to completion. Working closely with our clients, architects, and project team, you will translate design visions into detailed plans and specifications while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints. Your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for design will drive the creation of innovative and inspiring living environments that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, architects, and project team members to develop design concepts for custom homes. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Incorporate client feedback and preferences into design revisions while maintaining project objectives and requirements. Coordinate with engineering consultants and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project conditions and ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations. Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that meet design specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. Participate in design review meetings and presentations with clients, project stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design to enhance project outcomes and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on custom residential projects. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Portfolio showcasing previous custom home design projects and technical drawings.
