Full job description Description: We are looking for someone who can jump in and start producing construction documents for the client.
This person will be assigned a project and will work with the Principal Architect. They will work primarily on design development.
(The Design Concept is already complete)
This person will then jump to construction documents, responsible for floor plans, elevations, and detailing, they will pull present permits set and complete construction documents to be issued for construction. (Their work will be reviewed by QAQC before going out to their client)
This person is responsible for Preparing construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Develop specifications and cost estimates for projects. Assist in the preparation of construction bid documents. Coordinate with other architectural design professionals.
