Description: Actalent is currently hiring an Architectural Designer for an architecture firm in Downtown Cincinnati and you will primarily support a variety of mixed-use and commercial buildings.
As the Architectural Designer your main responsibility will be to utilize Revit and produce complete sets of construction documents for the mixed-use projects. The projects will require you to complete the detailing and putting the sets of construction documents together. Some of the mixed-use projects that you will be assigned to will include a low-rise apartment and a high-rise apartment/condominium totaling up 16 stories. These projects are highly complex and require a lot of attention to detail which will allow you to work on very unique buildings.
