Architect - Ncarb, Autocad, Revit

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing architectural projects to meet client requirements and providing technical guidance and oversight during all phases of the project. You should have a strong background in NCARB, AutoCAD, and Revit to be successful.
Position Overview: The Architect is responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This individual will also be responsible for interpreting client requests, developing project cost estimates and budgets, and providing architectural advice and counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Design architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models to meet client needs and requirements. Oversee all phases of a project, from initial design to completion. Interpret client requests and provide professional architectural advice and counsel. Develop project cost estimates and budgets. Research and recommend the most suitable materials and methods of construction. Ensure projects meet safety and compliance regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field. NCARB certification. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
