Architect Architectural Project Manager

Urban Desing Specialists is looking for an Architectural project manager to join our team in Marina Del Rey. California Architectural license is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must have an experience with Multifamily projects, including Type III and Type I construction. A minimum of 5-year experience is also required. UDS is a team of successful professionals working in a friendly fun environment of a wide variety of projects ranging from custom homes to Hotels and hire-rise residential buildings. This position will be offered to an individual who is ready to be a part of a team, has strong communication skills, has proven knowledge of Building Codes, and has experience in conducting plan checks. Must be fluent in Revit and AutoCAD. A work permit is required and no sponsorship or visa assistance is offered.
