The Sales Outfitter - Archery performs various Selling / Customer Service activities.Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service.Ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities
• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.• Handle merchandise with care.• Provide information, assistance, and direction to customers.• Demonstrate product to customers.• Replenish product on shelves following merchandising guidelines.• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales and pricing.• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.• Restock merchandise as required.• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.• Assist customers in making buying decisions.• Identify and evaluate customers' needs.• Make product recommendations based on customer analysis.• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
Requirements
• High School education or equivalent experience.• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change for customers.• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.• Operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
