Responsibilities
• Sell, market, and provide customer service for the defined territory• Evaluate tree and shrub care needs of residential and commercial clients• Develop and maintain positive business and client relationships• Prepare proposals using sales process tools• Supervise work to ensure client satisfaction• Set sales goals and expectations• Implement and enforce safety and compliance programs
Requirements
• 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or sales• Ability to pass a criminal background check• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain• Ability to identify trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend action• Valid driver's license and clean record• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Preferred: Degree in related field
