Responsibilities
• Responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory.• Meet with clients to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs.• Establish and maintain positive business and client relationships.• Prepare and provide proposals to clients.• Supervise work and ensure client satisfaction.• Set personal sales expectations and meet goals.• Implement and enforce safety and compliance programs.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.• Ability to pass a criminal background check.• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain.• Ability to identify trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend action plans.• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Degree in related field preferred but not required.
