• Review and resolve incorrectly processed claims by payor• Respond to payor requests for additional claim information• Initiate or respond to calls and inquiries regarding claim status• Meet or exceed key performance metrics and goals• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of healthcare experience• Strong data entry skills and ability to type 40-50 wpm with high accuracy• Post-secondary education or training in business or medical billing/collections (preferred)
