What to Expect: The primary responsibilities of a AR Analyst/AP Auditor requires extracting, reviewing and processing accounting datasets for the purpose of invoicing customers and paying vendors. This position requires precision in maintaining data tables, reviewing final invoices and payments. Some administrative duties such as filing and other tasks may also be assigned.
Responsibilities: Ability to analyze data using basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to generate, maintain and/or organize various types of information Prepare and cross-check invoices and settlement checks before dissemination Scan, file and log accounting documents Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision Education, Skills, Preferred Experience: High School Diploma / GED required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills are required Ability to problem solve and multitask while working independently Proficient in oral and written communication Knowledge of the transportation or supply chain industry a plus, but not required Your new CAREER path is just one click away!
