Work with Product Engineering, Design, Quality and Reliability Assurance, Marketing, Sales, and Field Application Engineering teams to introduce and support Micron's NAND Flash components in Micron identified markets during the development, qualification, and production ramp phases of those NAND components. Create and release technical documentation such as NAND component device datasheets, addendums, technical notes, training presentations and other written collateral that describe their features and functions. Work with 3rd party external partners to enable support and design-in of Micron NAND components as identified by Micron's Marketing and Sales teams. Develop, maintain, and present technical training material required to support Micron's NAND components to Sales and Field Applications Engineering teams as well as end customers as required to enable support and design-in of Micron NAND components. Work directly with the Field Application team and end customers to support NAND component design-ins and qualifications in external customer platforms. Evaluate competitor NAND component offerings and provide support material to Micron Marketing, Sales and Field Application Engineering teams. Manage, coordinate, and provide technical input in customer problem resolution including but not limited to potential NAND component quality, reliability, or functional issues by working with identified Micron internal resources and subject matter experts.
