Responsibilities
• Lead research teams to understand and document requirements, business processes, and data challenges• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis• Develop and implement solutions using advanced technologies• Coordinate and participate in system engineering and technical exchange meetings• Assess and validate system operational needs• Assist in developing and implementing systems management metrics• Document and update processes regularly
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• 15 years of experience• 3 years of experience in developing and implementing automated financial solutions using Python, VBA, SQL, SQL Server, Access, and/or Excel• At least 3 years of experience extracting technical requirements from business processes• At least 3 years of experience in effective communication• Experience with financial data and reports• Experience with Momentum-based system (desired)• Experience in developing reports in COGNOS reporting tool (desired)• Experience with the United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL) (desired)• Master's degree in a related field or 10 years of hands-on experience (desired)• 20 years of total experience
