Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development, with a focus on Oracle technologies.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex PL/SQL code to support our business applications
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code for various business applications.
Analyze and understand business requirements to create efficient database solutions.
Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate database solutions into larger software systems.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and debug database-related issues in production environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation for database designs and implementations.
Stay updated on Oracle technologies and best practices to continuously improve our database development processes.
Performance tuning.
Working knowledge of Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, and Shell scripting.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database concepts, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PLSQL, Data Warehouse, and ETL technologies
Experience with Oracle Financial R12 and Oracle Financial Cloud - Proficiency in Oracle database 12 and higher -
