Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and communicate rolling 12-month demand models by account at the SKU level by utilizing historical performance, statistical modeling, marketing, and sales/retailer data. Use a collaborative approach in working with various cross functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, Operations) to ensure that current and accurate information is incorporated into demand plans.
Utilize sales data, customer trends and known market conditions to model out different sell-through and demand scenarios, comparing to current demand plans to identify outliers that predict potential future risk. Share findings and determine if preemptive action should be taken to impact current Supply Chain activity.
Track and report on topline monthly forecast accuracy by account. Work with Sales to report on forward-looking forecasts, understanding shifts and gaps to current demand plans.
Develop and track inventory targets which includes setting goals and objectives, determining reorder points and required safety stock, managing supply chain lead times to support overall profitability and company goals
Support seasonal buy process by creating SKU level inventory plans that align with sales projections, overall inventory turns goals, and profitability expectations for area of focus. Participate in the strategy alignment review and own the timely handoff of final investment details to cross functional partners.
Regularly monitor SKU level inventory position against demand to identify opportunities or liabilities. Provide insight to Director and collaborate on appropriate actions to address that support overall profitability and operational goals.
Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for multiple levels of the organization that provides insight to various sales and inventory metrics. Including rolling 12-month inventory and purchase order projections for production planning, warehouse operations and cash flow purposes.
Manage execution for key programs to ensure successful on time launch through close collaboration with sourcing, operations, logistics, sales. Includes tracking on time delivery of critical PO's, inventory rebalancing between warehouses, tracking rework/VAS requirements, ensuring inventory availability for supporting components (packaging, RFID's, component SKUs)
Support Director in month end reconciliation of sales and inventory activity. Provide insight into deviations from sales and inventory plans and support efforts to reforecast future outcomes.
Ensure inventory accuracy through efficient and detailed maintenance of system inventory movements (adjustments, transfers, etc.). Develop tracking system and monthly reporting that provide insights into frequency of, and reasoning for, these movements.
Support department in creating and implementing new reporting that provides actionable insight and measures key performance indicators. Proactively seek out process improvement efforts within department that yield greater efficiencies and support revenue growth.
Support department in maintaining detailed, accurate information in ERP.
Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in supply chain management
Working knowledge of ERP systems; Full Circle experience a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data manipulation, aggregation, and modeling. In addition to reporting, strong ability to handle ad hoc data analysis on short notice.
Strong organizational skills: the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet important deadlines, adaptability, and an analytical, investigative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication, including comfort in presenting to groups and facilitation of consensus problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company with a variety of employees and leaders at all levels.
Solid understanding of supply chain
Experience in problem identification, reporting and presenting outcomes/progress to senior management. Strong ability to summarize and present ambiguous data concisely.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
