Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log assigned work orders• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for leasing• Keep grounds clean and provide excellent customer service• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs• Clear drains and sewer lines• Have general knowledge of maintenance repair and service
Requirements
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Effective communication skills• Ability to work both in writing and verbally
