Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders accurately and timely• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing to new prospects• Keep grounds free of debris and trash• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, and replacements• Perform minor carpentry repairs and painting• Remove bulk trash and clear drains and sewer lines• Have general knowledge of maintenance repair and service• Possess apartment maintenance experience (a plus)• Possess HVAC certification (a plus)
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Effective written and verbal communication skills
