Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders accurately and on time• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing by completing turnover process• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs and installations• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repair• Clear drains and sewer lines, remove bulk trash• Possess general knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus
