Responsibilities
• Greet prospective residents and give tours• Accurately prepare and assist new residents with leasing paperwork• Collect security deposits, rent, and other charges• Communicate lease and community policies to residents• Follow up with prospects who did not lease• Ensure apartments are move-in ready• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques• Manage lease renewal process• Respond timely to calls, emails, and site visits• Engage with different personalities
Requirements
• Previous backgrounds in real estate, retail, sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service• Effective communication skills• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and social media• Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, Blue Moon, Onesite, MRI, etc.)• Ability to work weekends
