AP Coordinator (Full Time) Location:  Nashville, Tn

Click here to learn more:  Parman Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for an AP Coordinator to join their Finance Team! The primary responsibility for this role is to handle vendor invoices, process outgoing funds, and any other duties that are assigned by management. 
Responsibilities:
Enter all vendor invoices from all departments and branches for payment.  Code non-purchase order invoices, reconcile vendor statements monthly, and print checks weekly. File processed checks in Accounts Payable files weekly and process all W-9 and sales and tax-exempt form requests. Complete new vendor credit apps as needed. Monthly account reconciliations, process 1099's annually. Answers the overflow of phone calls in the department. Assists in monthly closing of the books, orders envelopes, checks, and postage supplies.  Requirements:
2-4 years related experience or education. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
