Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary liaison for inquiries in the HR Division• Manage calendars and coordinate conferences, meetings, and events• Process requisitions and maintain inventory• Conduct research on HR matters and prepare reports• Handle departmental mail and perform special projects
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 3 years of clerical or administrative experience• 1 year of experience in human resources• Knowledge of business English and HR policies/procedures• Ability to use office equipment and software• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information• Good communication and interpersonal skills
