A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR ANIMAL HOSPITAL RECEPTIONIST As an Animal Hospital Receptionist, you start your day greeting clients and their pets with a warm smile, making them feel at ease. You check in patients for their appointments and handle any inquiries. Answering phone calls, you schedule future appointments and provide helpful information. You keep the reception area tidy and support the clinical team with smooth operations. Each day is fast paced, but you thrive in a friendly, collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent multitasking abilities Proficient in computer usage Passionate about providing outstanding customer service WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION This is a full- or part-time position located in Wellsburg, WV, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
