Position Overview: Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a board eligible/certified Anesthesiologist to join our highly collaborative team of CRNAs and Physicians.

Anesthesia care team model with a combination of medical supervision and sitting your own cases You will provide coverage at 3-4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base. You must have essential skills including the ability to work independently in the operating room and frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions as well as strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring. No 24hr call; Amazing 1:23 night call ratio; 1 weekend every 2 months. Shift lengths are variable; Current shifts range 6-14hrs. Cases include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No hearts or trauma. * Projected annual total rewards value may be adjusted for FTE, experience, geography, and qualifications are subject to plan participation requirements.
