Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout North America and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Analytics Engineer to join one of our clients.
This position requires you to be onsite in Lakeland, FL.
A nalytics Engineer | About You  As an Analytics Engineer, you are responsible for understanding how data is produced and consumed at a deep level, collaborating closely with teams to maximize the value of our data. You'll lead efforts to design data models, build curated datasets, and create analytics pipelines in collaboration with subject matter experts. Your role involves working with disparate data sources, exploring and implementing tools to support operational and analytical needs, and driving change by identifying areas for improvement through data analysis. You'll also play a strategic role in decision-making on the analytics roadmap, supporting various programs including Counseling, Mental Health & Substance Use Services, Child Welfare & Family Support, and more. 
A nalytics Engineer | Day-to-Day  Collaborate across teams to ensure data is leveraged effectively and its value is maximized.  Spearhead the design and construction of robust data models, ensuring they are tailored to produce curated datasets that facilitate insightful analysis.  Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and implement analytics pipelines, ensuring data flows smoothly from source to insights.  Navigate and integrate disparate data from various systems and sources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the organization's data landscape.  Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce technical debt through automation, thereby freeing up resources for more strategic endeavors.  A nalytics Engineer | Skills & Experience  5+ years of hands-on analytics experience navigating complex data landscapes. Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis.  Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and outcomes.  Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and organizational goals.  Expertise in database query languages such as SQL and code versioning tools like git, coupled with experience working with cloud data warehouses and BI tools, ensuring efficient data management and analysis processes.
