Position Title: Global Analyst Relations Manager
Position Location: US Remote (East Coast US preferred)
The Global Analyst Relations Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with industry analysts, driving brand awareness, and supporting the execution of impactful Analyst Relations (AR) programs. The mission is to drive meaningful relationships with analysts that add value for us, our customers, our prospects, and other key audiences. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to drive our AR and Influencer strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a global AR program to educate the analyst community on Quadient's market story and solutions.
Proactively manage vendor evaluations, and secure positive placements of Quadient in key reports.
Drive analyst awareness of Quadient's solution and product offerings and expand analyst understanding.
Schedule briefings, inquiries, demos and advisory days with key analysts, influencers, customers, and Quadient leadership team.
Create presentations and prepare Quadient leaders for engaging with industry analysts.
Prioritize and manage requests for information, research, customer references, and event speakers.
Drive alignment with product marketing and product teams to maximize program impact.
Align with product marketing to drive go-to-market for new and existing features.
Serve as a key, centralized contact point and connector between internal Quadient stakeholders and the analyst community.
Establishing and maintaining regular communication with analysts to engage and educate them on Quadient's strategy, roadmap and product updates.
Work with the product marketing & executive leadership team to create and curate relevant solution/industry-related content in preparation for analyst engagements.
Ensure analysts and influencer feedback informs all applicable business activities, including product development, go to marketing planning, customer relations and demand generation.
Track and measure the impact of notable recognitions, tips, callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers, and coverage.
Qualifications: Successful track record of participating in reports such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape reports.
5-7 years of in-house or agency experience in analyst relations.
Experience working cross-functionally to support all facets of analyst relations within an organization.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Experience working with a multiple-solutions, multiple-markets organization.
Ability to move from high-level, strategic thinking to tactical work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leveraging first party, third party and internal data to develop meaningful insights to share internally and externally.
This position has a salary range of:
$75,500.00 - $113,300.00 Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
