We are looking for a Sales Order & Policy Analyst to join our Team in the Global Business Enablement Organization. This person will provide a high level of service to our Internal Global Business Partners as it relates to order management, analysis of trade promotions & discounts for individual Customer's Cost of Business and Sales Policy models. This includes resolving order issues, releasing of orders, creating pricing, tracking, reporting, account reconciliations and analysis of allowances programs, discounts, and accruals.This position requires the ability to work Eastern Time hours.A day in the life as an Order & Policy AnalystReview all EDI purchase orders for accuracy and accurately enter manual orders into SAP. Attain appropriate approvals to effect changes to SAP Master Data. Change Master Data, as needed, to release sales orders on hold. Coordinate corporate approval polices and SOX guidelines.Works to ensure that the cost of doing business with Trade accounts is accurately identified, tracked, and reported. Solely responsible for managing, creating, and maintaining SAP Master Data Files with respect to customer prices, discounts, and rebates.Incumbent will build and update critical reporting tools. Also responsible for the development of financial reports and BI Sales reports that are used as supporting documentation for customer volume as well as earned and issued promotional allowances.Position takes a lead role in preparing for and conducting the quarterly Cost of Business review meetings held with Hasbro Sales and Finance leaders.Completes reconciliation reports for review and presentation for Trade accounts and provides financial data and ongoing analytics to Hasbro Sales. Works closely with Collections and Sales Claims department to reconcile customer deductions.Support internal /external audit requests and assist with IT system testing as needed.Develop collaborative partnerships, improve operations, serve as account liaison, and enhance overall business partnerships.What you'll bring:Business Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management.Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Working knowledge of Vistex, Fiori and BI a plus.Self-starter with strong attention to detail & accuracy.Solid analytical skills with a curiosity for resolving issues and streamlining processes.Effective communication skills: strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.Knowledge of Account Reconciliation, Pricing or Trade Promotions Management preferred.Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced environment.Flexibility to accommodate seasonal and year-end business requirements.Hasbro's world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
