It is focused on driving adherence to internal policies and meeting regulatory expectations while balancing the execution of key business strategies and GSG priorities. Operational Excellence collaborates across key stakeholders to drive the necessary controls and oversight, enabling GSG stakeholders to set the standard for a seamless and differentiated customer experience.  Key Responsibilities:Drive Conduct Risk projects and initiatives within the teams with objectives towards risk-based approach.Regularly provide project updates (timelines, milestones, risks, performance metrics) to stakeholders.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and provide insightful analysis.Utilize data visualization techniques to craft compelling stories that drive strategic decision-making.Infuse creativity into your analysis to generate innovative solutions to complex problems.Review processes, procedures, compliance, and regulations on an ongoing basis for effective controls.Participate in brainstorming sessions and calibration call sessions to identify compliance, policy, procedural, case auctioning and system gaps.Identify opportunities for enhancements and challenge the status quo.Collect, organize, and manipulate data to identify trends and design solutions.Perform Sales Practice Monitoring activities as needed.Minimum Qualifications:High level of integrity, willingness to learn and adapt to changes.Organized, energetic individual with well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to meet constricted timelines.Ability to organize and manage to deadlines, adapting your time to changing priorities to meet the needs of the department.Flexible and adaptable to ever changing environments, embracing change.Strong relationship building skills, highly engaged and ability to work as part of a team ensuring team goals are achieved.  Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt easily to frequent change.Ability to manage challenging workloads.Proven ability to accept and provide feedback, drive results, and effectively influence without authority.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a requirement to aid on written and visual communication as well as analytics.Preferred Qualifications:PMP certification preferred.Strong ability to influence others without direct authority and ability to challenge the status quo appropriately.Ability to design and develop & document current & new / enhanced processes and procedures.Detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills with a passion to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, with creative thinking and design focus.Experience in conduct risk, regulatory, control and compliance related functions.Familiar with GSG systems, processes, metrics, etc.Advanced analytical, problem-solving skills, and decision making skills.Salary Range: $55,000 to $105,000 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
