Responsibilities
• Configure, build, and install Epic's Cadence module• Analyze workflows and understand operational policies and procedures• Investigate and document operational specifications and application functionality• Analyze new releases and modify workflows• Build and populate databases and tables• Conduct system testing and data validation• Develop and document internal procedures and change control processes• Develop/design advance/complex programs• Collaborate with key clinical users on complex projects• Manage escalated issues and propose new solutions
Requirements
• 3-5 years related Clinical Applications experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training• Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area• Epic Cadence certification required• Epic MyChart certification preferred• Epic Decision Tree Badge preferred• Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of clinical applications• Strong problem-resolution skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Detail-oriented with organizational skills• Strong analytical skills• Ability to work with senior staff and managers
