Responsibilities
• Develop, support, and maintain Epic's Cadence module for Patient Access• Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of clinical or business operations• Investigate and document operational specifications and application functionality• Analyze new releases to determine necessary workflow modifications• Build and populate databases and tables during initial system configuration• Conduct system testing and conversion data validation• Develop and document internal procedures• Establish change control processes for the application• Design and guide the development of complex programs• Serve as the principal contact for resolution of complex integrated issues and solutions
Requirements
• 3-5 years related Clinical Applications experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training• Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area• Epic Cadence certification - Required• Epic MyChart certification - Preferred• Epic Decision Tree Badge - Preferred
