Responsibilities
• Determine Net Asset Value (NAV) for defined contribution plans on a daily basis• Evaluate and reconcile funds for production of client month-end reports• Analyze the impact of transactions, income positions, accruals, and corporate actions on the portfolio investment options• Audit and resolve exceptions on assigned accounts• Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements• Record and respond to partner and client inquiries• Value funds on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis• Provide client portfolio and 5500 reporting• Use initiative to solve problems, but refer more complex issues to supervisors/experts
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and securities• Analytical and organizational skills to research and resolve inquiries• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities• Ability to absorb information quickly and meet deadlines• Strong Excel skills, knowledge of Macro/Access is a plus• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or relevant work experience in Fund Accounting or Mutual Fund Accounting
