Analog Engineer
Looking for analog, mixed-signal design engineer to work in the Renesas DDR Design Team. Responsibilities include designing blocks from the ground up and both owning and assembling macros from sub-block designs. Working knowledge of SERDES and Analog Front End design principles is preferred.
Qualifications
MS EE + 1-3 Years Experience OR PhD EE or equivalent
FinFET Experience Preferred
Analog & Mixed Signal Proficiency
Cadence Virtuoso Schematic, Layout
Cadence ADE -XL or Maestro Simulation
RC Parasitic Extraction ( QRC , StarRC)
