Lead and inspire our Tier-2 Help Desk team within the Corporate Information Systems department. Your role? Drive the delivery of top-notch customer support to our internal clients across the Americas. Serve as the go-to expert for enterprise systems and Help Desk processes. Apply now and be part of our innovative team!Responsible for ensuring the team is properly staffed, every week, during business hours and after-hours standby rotation, ensuring after-hours support of business and customer emergencies are covered.Responsible for the performance of the Americas Tier-2 Help Desk support team, to include, but not limited to, response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, technician job satisfaction, and technical utilization.Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, developing, and retaining the Tier-2 Help Desk team.Responsible for ensuring the Help Desk team members are all adequately trained, have all the necessary tools to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities, and have all the logical access required.Responsible for monitoring the incident, problem, request, and task history of the team, providing feedback and adjusting the team or individual performance, as needed.Responsible for managing Help Desk projects by: ensuring output of process/product deliverables, setting milestones, removing impediments, and reporting progress to key stakeholders.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's Degree in a computer-related field of study or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years' Service Desk experience.2+ years' IT management experience.ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations training.Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems including: Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms.Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure services.Experience as a Jira Service Management admin is a plus.Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.About Your LocationTrimble Westminster is a 240,000 square foot campus with 2 buildings including an onsite gym stocked with Peloton bicycles, weights, kettlebells, and aerobic equipment.
