The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager will report directly to the Facility Administrator and will be supported by Operating Room Charge Nurses, as well as a tenured and experienced team of Scrub and Circulating RNs. 
As the ASC Nurse Manager, you will have a pivotal responsibility of helping oversee the seamless operation of the surgical services department. The Manager will be responsible for serving as initiator in problem-solving, decision-making, and communicating information to the nursing staff. In addition, the manager will also help develop and maintain the departmental budget, as well as regulatory compliance. You will also have the opportunity to coach, counsel, and mentor the various operating room charge nurses and Surgical RN staff reporting to you.
