Alternate Administrator For Private Duty Home Care Agency

Tindol Home Care is seeking an Alternate Administrator to assist in developing a private duty program for the agency.
Alternate Adminstrator duties will include:
Overseeing maintenance and impliementation of ongoing business functions, Recruiting/Hiring/Training/Supervision of both caregivers and therapists, Completing in-home client assessments, scheduling and supervising services; Planning Sales and marketing activities; Coordinating and participating in community activities; Handle on-call responsibilities. Successful Candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a private duty agency; Be a self starter with excellent leadership and management skills; Have a positive attitude and outstanding leadership and management capabilities. Office is based in New Braunfels with approximately 25% travel expected to surrounding area including both San Antonio and Austin.
Great Leadership and Management skills required.
