Responsibilities
• Welcome and service customers• Make appointments and answer phones• Press garments and ensure items are ready for pickups• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alterations services and personalization options• Maintain store standards and high dress code• Greet and escort alterations customers• Inspect garments before delivery to customer• Build long-term relationships with customers• Support inventory management and cash wrap processes
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years prior retail experience, preferably in apparel or specialty store• Prior sewing experience is helpful• Prior experience with computerized POS system• Physical ability to perform job duties
